My bag recently arrived - love the fabric and the pockets. It's also true to the sizing detailed on the site, so I can fit books and tablets in alongside my wallet and everyday supplies. However, it's not fully zippered across the top, which is very odd to me. Especially since this can't be easily gleaned from the images and descriptions on the site, which feels a little shady. The zipper seems sturdy but there are openings on either side of the zipper, so it's not a fully enclosed bag as it's made to appear on the site. I also agree that the strap is a bit difficult - I think it looks nice and feels nice, but adjusting it can require some extra maneuvering.

I absolutely love my Maika crossbody bag...everything except the strap. The bag is rugged and beautiful. The zipper is sturdy, the lining and pockets are well constructed. This bag is almost perfect, except for the fake leather strap & trim. If the strap needs to be vegan, I would opt for a strap of the same fabric or heavy cotton webbing instead of the fake leather.
