Congratulations to the 49ers for making it to the Superbowl!! These easy to make bite-sized baked potatoes will make the perfect appetizer for Superbowl Sunday. Free recipe download below!

First, wash and dry the potatoes.

Then rub with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 40-50 minutes, until cooked through.

Finally, slice open the potatoes and top with sour cream, bacon, and green onions or chives. Click below to download the recipe.
