I absolutely love my Big Sur City Sling. It’s roomy without being huge, and I love the sophisticated pattern. It goes great with neutrals and greens — really, any colors! — and I’ve gotten many compliments on it. My only qualification is that the “vegan leather” is a bit flimsy and cheap looking. But overall a fantastic choice.
Perfect for van travel. I pack guitar books, iPad, kindle, watercolors, charging cords ect. I was deciding between the creator backpack and commuter tote . I decided I didn’t want a backpack, so I chose the commuter tote
I could not love this bag more-and I have the larger”commuter bag” but this works better for me traveling into the city! Cute-goes with everything and great for a gal on the go!
This bag is so large, I can put in multiple WIPS, including a colorwork sweater, with space left over! Matching divider inserts would be a bonus to have to help my organization of different WIPs.
I searched for MONTHS before finding this perfect bag. I keep a planner in a regular 1/4 inch binder and other backpack purses made it a nightmare to take out and put in. A backpack style is a must for me, but I didn't want a bulky bag. This is the perfect middle ground! It is a slender bag, so be aware that stuffing a sweatshirt in there would make it look lumpy. I love that slender quality because it's classier than a regular backpack. As an added bonus, it feels great to support this brand.
It's hard to find a good, versatile card holder like this. It's not too thick or too heavy, and has plenty of pockets and is well constructed. My only quibble is I think it could stand to be slightly lighter, but honestly I think it's fine, and it's made of study fabric so that's inherently going to be a little heavier. Just be prepared for it to have a little heft.
