I received my new bag with zero expectations, and high hopes. I wasn’t disappointed. The bag came well wrapped in protective tissue to prevent the leather from scuffing. The interior is full of pockets (who doesn’t like tons of pockets) that are well designed/sized just right to hold notebooks a papers. And a little surprise - a “sleeve” on the outside that you can slip over your luggage handle to wheel around. My co-workers raved about it as well! thank you Maika!
