With the 4th of July just behind us, it’s safe to say summer is officially in full swing. Whether you have a summer packed with vacations, soccer games, and fun, or are choosing to keep it slow and simple, deciding what to eat all summer long can be tricky.

Luckily, cooking in the summer can be easy, healthy, and exciting with a little bit of preparation and the right recipes up your sleeves. These recipes all use seasonal, fresh ingredients that you can pick up at your local farmers market (maybe using one of ourMarket Totes as a grocery bag), bring home, and cook up in an hour or less.

Summertime never tasted so good.
