LOOOVE my two Maika bags. I have the essential tote but also the commuter tote. These bags are fantastic. I can't say enough good things about the ton of compartments and storage. I love the water bottle holder and it's placement so I can grab my bottle even while the bag is zipped. Great laptop padded area. I love that it has short straps but also a longer one. The luggage strap is a must-have for me, so much appreciated. AND - I love that the bag comes in super fun prints! The material itself is high durability. Bag fits great under my airplane seat. I ditched two tote bags when I found this one. Thank you!!

BTW: I highly dislike it when one review based on a single customer service incident drags down the scores. That review (sadly due to an error on the consumer's part) doesn't speak at all to the quality of this product. I am sorry they had a bad experience but that doesn't mean this isn't a fantastic product worthy of high praise.

Your customer service has a lot to be desired. I called regarding a purchase that I made on Labor Day. I tried to put in the 25% off Labor Day code numerous times and your site wouldn’t recognize. When I mistakenly pushed the buy button I couldn’t retract it. I immediately tried to call your headquarters, left a message got absolutely no response. Then I tried emailing I got a response about six days after I received the bag. In the end you gave me 15% off.
