Although I liked the bag I ordered very much, it was too big and I wanted to exchange it for a smaller bag. MAIKA expects the customer to pay for shipping for returning the item and shipping for new item. They do not provide a return shipping label so it’s inconvenient and expensive. When asked for shipping label, I was informed that MAIKA does not provide return shipping labels. I don’t mind having return shipping deducted from my return, but they will not provide it. Poor customer service . Needless to say , I ended up paying much more for return shipping form USPS and did not order another bag.
