International Women’s Day is coming up: March 8. First celebrated in 1911, it has now become a worldwide day of recognizing the achievements of women and promoting women’s rights. This day is not country or group-specific; instead it belongs to all groups collectively everywhere.

As a nod to IWD, we thought we would highlight some of our favorite ways of celebrating women and their achievements. (This is by no means an exhaustive list.)
