Meet Olivos: Idyllic Charm and Bold Strokes
THE BACKSTORY
Quaint streets lined with charming shops, vineyards and rolling hills that stretch as far as the eye can see, and a vibe that feels like a warm, cozy hug. That's Los Olivos in a nutshell – a place where life slows down and every corner feels like it's from a storybook. This was the inspiration for our newest collection: Olivos.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
In perusing through my initial sketches, it was surprising to see so many of them were of vibrant wildflowers and scenes around the town, and mostly full of color. These were very quick, rough recordings of my initial impression of the town.

It wasn't till later in the exploration that the sketches became more simplified, and the marks intentional. Out of this reductive process, a deeper, richer palette also emerged.

As a team, we explored quite a range of colors in this collection: from lush greens to earthy tones. Finally, we decided on this rich, dark chocolate that evoked the coziness of fall, accented with specks of gold metallic ink.
We hope thatvery piece feels like a snapshot of an idyllic fall afternoon.
